one-time pottery classes
Curious about pottery but not ready to dive into a full 6-week session? Our one-time classes ("Trydays on Fridays") are the perfect way to experience the wheel for the first time. These relaxed, hands-on evenings are designed for total beginners who just want to see what it’s all about, no experience needed.
what to expect
Each two-hour class introduces you to the basics of wheel throwing: centering clay, shaping simple forms, and getting a feel for the process. One of our instructors will guide you step-by-step, with plenty of time to experiment, get messy, and make something all your own. Classes are capped at 10 people to keep things personal and supportive.
pricing
Our Trydays on Fridays will be $105/person. The class fee includes everything you’ll need: clay, tools, and instruction. At the end of the night, you’ll choose your favorite piece to keep. We’ll take care of trimming, glazing, and firing it for you, and you’ll be able to pick it up a few weeks later once it’s finished and ready to use.
