Who We Are

Denver Clayroom is a community pottery studio in the heart of Denver, a place where people come together to learn, experiment, and build a creative practice with clay.

What began as an idea has grown into a vibrant studio filled with students, members, instructors, and neighbors who share a curiosity for making things by hand. From first-time throwers discovering clay for the first time to experienced ceramicists refining their craft, the studio is built around the belief that creativity thrives in community.

We believe ceramics should be accessible, welcoming, and a little bit playful. The Clayroom is a place to take a class, spend a quiet morning at the wheel, learn from others across the table, or stay late chasing an idea that just won’t let go.

Whether you're stepping into a pottery studio for the very first time or returning to clay after years away, Denver Clayroom is a place to slow down, get your hands dirty, and make something meaningful alongside others.
